Booking and confirmation

When reserving the apartment your name, address, phone number arrival- and departure time and method of payment are required.

The apartment reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing and you have received a reservation confirmation letter. The owners is entitled to apply different kinds of rules such as reservation fee in order to secure the reservation.

Arrival and departure

The apartment is at your disposal from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day the apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am. The owners is entitled to apply exceptions on check-in and check-out times stated above.

The room will be reserved for you until midnight of the day of arrival unless no other agreement has been made at the time of reserving or if the confirmed rate or reservation period does not include any other special terms. Otherwise the ownwers can release the reserved apartman for sale.

In case you arrive to the house according to the arrival time agreed and the apartment you have reserved is not available, the owners is liable to arrange you an equivalent apartment without extra charges.

Guaranteed reservation

Peyment or reservation fee required for all bookings when confirming the reservation. Payment fee is required when confirming the reservation. Customers with an invoicing agreement may guarantee the reservation under company name. 

As an alternative method of guarantee, Cube apartments reserves the right to require a partial advance payment in order to guarantee the reservation. Amount of prepayment and a schedule for prepayment will be contracted with customer in writing.

Cancellation and no arrival

Unless otherwise agreed at the time of reservation, the room can not be cancelled.

Payment

Cube apartments accept cash or bank transfer not eccept credit/debit cards

In case the reservation has not been paid in advance it should be settled upon arrival/ departure at the apartments by cash. A reservation fee may be charged to bank transfer as a prepayment. This will be deducted from the final bill. The amount of deposit may vary among owners.

Security Deposit

This fee is used as an incentive for guests to take care of their apartment during their lease and is used by the owners to cover the cost of any damages caused by the guest.

Before you move out, apartment maneger analyze the state of your apartment to determine any appropriate deductions from the deposit. A manager can legally deduct the cost of necessary repairs from the security deposit, but can’t deduct money for everyday wear and tear. As long as you keep your apartment in good condition, you should receive your deposit money back.

Guest behaviour in the apartments

We follow good manners and house rules at the apartments. In case of breaking these rules you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made.

For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed in apartment premises such as apartments and the maximum capacity per apartment may not be surpassed.

Responsibility on your valuables

The hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the house parking area or valuables inside the vehicle. The hotel is obliged to clearly express at the parking area that the area is not supervised and the owners is not responsible for the property kept in there.

Guest’s responsibility on damage

As a guest you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you, your guest  in the apartment or in house premises. This applies also to the apartment furniture and other equipment, other guests in the house or their property.

The responsibility for caused damage is determined by general principles.

Pets

Pets are not alowed in the apartments.
